My wife and I met Amanda as she hosted an open house in Belfair, WA when we head hopes of finding a place on the South Sound or Hood Canal. She came across as thoughtful, cheerful, competent, and easy to be around. On a whim, I asked if she would help us look. We met Amanda to view perhaps 15-18 places (all during the pandemic), and she never failed to ask key questions, make helpful observations, follow up promptly and thoroughly, and make us enjoy ourselves without feeling any stress. She tromped down muddy cliff paths with a smile, never pushed us or pestered us, and always made god suggestions. We eventually closed the deal on a Hood Canal home, and had such a positive experience with Amanda that we asked her to serve as the listing agent for our place in in Cashmere, WA. That sale went off without a hitch, despite some complexities around owner financing she helped us navigate. Katie and I can’t recommend Amanda highly enough.

Amanda flew to Montana to help me select furniture for my new house. We went for a “Modern Mountain” theme, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. She did an excellent job helping me select all my furniture. For the living room, we went with a dark grey sectional sofa, along with a light brown wooden coffee table with dark metal framing, and matching end tables. For the dining room, we went with a solid wood dining room table with a unique dark grey finish and curved edges, with legs made of dark brushed metal and curved frames. For the kitchen, we found minimalistic black leather bar stools, which really compliment the dark grey quartz countertops and dark brown wooden cabinets. To complete the theme throughout the house, we also found a similarly matching bed frame, and a dresser and bedside tables, all made of wood with a matching dark grey finish. Overall, I’m so happy I had help from Amanda when selecting all my furniture when I moved into my new house. It was a big task, and she made it easy and fun. She is very passionate about design, and I trust her judgment, especially given how much I love my new house with all my fancy new furniture she helped me find! 11/10.
